Open boxes for US customers

We are pleased to offer 'Open Boxes' for our customers in the USA. Open boxes will be available until January 2026.  

How it works:

1. Add opals to your cart and pay for them. Use the 'Open Box' shipping function as many times as you like until the cut off date of 31st of January 2026. 
2. When you are ready to finalise your open box, email us at info@brokenrivermining.com with your order numbers listed. 
3. Your shipping, handling fees, etc will be calculated and communicated with you via email, prior to your order being sent out. This will be dependant on your total order amount. (All duties will be pre-paid by us.)    
4. We will ship out from the Australia to the US every 4-6 weeks. All orders will have tracking numbers and will be insured. 
5. Any 'open box' refunds will have our payment process transaction fees and/or currency conversion fees deducted from the refund amount.
